Phillips earned her associate degree in nursing from Pennsylvania College of Technology and Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governor’s University. She holds a case management certification.
She most recently worked as the director of clinical services at Maxim Health Care, Williamsport, where she was responsible for the oversight of the entire clinical services operation and team. Previously, she worked as the regional manager of case management for Proven Health Navigator, Geisinger Health Plan, where she supervised case and health management staff, and the collaboration and operational oversight of the medical home program in six Geisinger Community Practice clinics and hospitals.
Albright LIFE Lycoming is a day program that allows seniors in Lycoming, Union and Clinton counties to continue living at home by providing transportation to the center where individualized health care, therapy, meals and activities are provided. As program director for Albright LIFE Lycoming, Phillips will be responsible for the administration, planning, coordination and implementation of all services for the center, including participant care and activities, meals and snacks, transportation services, center staff and chaplain services.
